1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Irradiated Solution (ABN 84 517 752 915) ("Developer", "we", "our", "us") regarding your use of the iCT Learn mobile application ("App").

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Educational Purpose & No Medical Advice

The content within this App is intended to support learning and professional development in CT imaging. It must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decision-making. All clinical decisions must be made by appropriately qualified and registered healthcare professionals, in accordance with:

• Individual patient clinical circumstances
• Your institution's approved protocols and guidelines
• Current evidence-based practice and national standards
• Relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements

3. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may use the App to:

• Study CT imaging principles, parameters, and protocols
• Reference CT values, windowing settings, and dose guidelines
• Complete self-assessment quizzes for educational purposes
• Use interactive tools to understand CT parameter relationships

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the App to:

• Make clinical decisions for individual patients without independent verification
• Replace institutional protocols or override site-specific guidelines
• Reproduce or redistribute App content commercially without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresent App content as official clinical guidelines

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any content

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Irradiated Solution and its developer shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to:

• Direct damages — loss of income, profit, or data
• Indirect or consequential damages — arising from use of or reliance on App content
• Clinical harm — arising from application of reference data in a patient care setting
• Technical issues — App unavailability, crashes, or data loss

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, including contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where applicable law does not permit complete exclusion of liability, our liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the App or AUD $10.00, whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to text, data, educational content, design, graphics, interactive tools, and software, are owned by or licensed to Irradiated Solution.

Reference data is attributed to original sources as listed in the in-app Sources section. Reproduction of App content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Irradiated Solution is strictly prohibited.

"iCT Learn" and "Irradiated Solution" are trading names of the Developer. Unauthorised use of these names is prohibited.

8. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Irradiated Solution does not process payment information directly.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

iCT Learn does not collect personally identifiable information. The App operates entirely on-device.

10. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to modify the App, its content, and these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the App.

We may update App content periodically to reflect changes in clinical guidelines, dose reference levels, or educational standards. We make no commitment to a specific update schedule.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Irradiated Solution with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
