📋 Overview

Irradiated Solution ("we", "our", or "us") operates the iCT Learn mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

📵 Information We Do Not Collect

iCT Learn does not collect any of the following:

• Personal identification information — name, email, address, phone number
• Health or medical information — no patient data is entered or stored
• Location data — the App does not access your device location
• Device identifiers — no advertising IDs or device fingerprinting
• Usage analytics — no behavioural tracking or usage telemetry beyond Apple's standard App Store analytics
• Contacts or camera — the App does not request access to contacts, camera, or microphone
• Financial information — no payment data is collected by the App

📱 On-Device Storage

The App uses Apple's AppStorage (UserDefaults) to store a single preference value locally on your device:

• Disclaimer acceptance flag — a boolean value indicating whether you have accepted the educational disclaimer on first launch

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server or third party. It can be cleared by deleting and reinstalling the App.

🍎 Apple App Store Analytics

If you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers through your iOS device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymised analytics data through App Store Connect. This may include:

• App crashes and performance data
• General usage metrics (sessions, active devices)
• Aggregated demographic data (country, device type)

This data is provided by Apple in aggregated form only and cannot be used to identify individual users. You can opt out of this sharing in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements on your iOS device.

💳 In-App Purchases

Any in-app purchases within iCT Learn are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Irradiated Solution does not receive, store, or process any payment card or financial information. All purchase transactions are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

🔗 Third-Party Services

iCT Learn does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or social media platforms. The App does not make external network requests during normal use.

👶 Children's Privacy

iCT Learn is intended for use by medical imaging professionals and students aged 18 and over. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

🔒 Data Security

Because iCT Learn does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk of breach or unauthorised access through our systems. The only data stored is the local disclaimer acceptance flag, which contains no personal information.

🌏 International Users

iCT Learn is developed in Australia and is primarily intended for Australian healthcare professionals, though it may be used internationally. As no personal data is collected or transmitted, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns under this policy.

✏️ Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

⚖️ Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
