✅Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of MortgagePayAU ("the App"), developed by Irradiated Solution ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

📱License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MortgagePayAU on your Apple device, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share or transfer your subscription or licence to others

💳Subscriptions & Purchases

Free Tier: The App provides 5 free calculations before requiring an upgrade.

Monthly Subscription ($1.99 AUD/month): Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Lifetime Purchase ($29.99 AUD): One-time payment providing permanent access to all Pro features, including future updates.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.

⚠️Disclaimer of Warranties

MortgagePayAU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculations are estimates only and are provided for informational purposes.

• Results may not reflect actual loan terms from financial institutions
• Stamp duty calculations are approximations and may not reflect current state legislation
• Interest rate and repayment figures are illustrative only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any calculation

🛡️Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Irradiated Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any calculation it provides.

🔄Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

🇦🇺Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
