📋Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CareBooks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

CareBooks is developed and maintained by Irradiated Solution (ABN 84 517 752 915), Victoria, Australia.

📱Use of the App

CareBooks is designed for Family Day Care providers in Australia to track business expenses and generate reports. You agree to use the App only for its intended lawful purpose.

• You must be 18 years or older to use this App
• You are responsible for all data entered into the App
• You must not use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful activity

⭐️Free & Pro Tiers

CareBooks is available in two tiers:

• Free (Light): Limited to 20 expense entries. Basic features only.
• Pro: Unlimited entries, PDF export, receipt photo storage, and full report access.

💳Subscriptions & Billing

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat.

• Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings
• Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring charges
• No refunds are provided except as required by applicable law

📊Tax & Financial Disclaimer

CareBooks is a record-keeping tool only. It is not a registered tax agent or financial advisor.

Irradiated Solution accepts no liability for any financial decisions made based on data or reports produced by this App.

🔒Your Data

All expense data is stored locally on your device. We do not back up, access, or recover your data if it is lost due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

• You are responsible for backing up your own data
• Deleting the App will permanently delete all locally stored data

All content, design, code, and branding within CareBooks is the property of Irradiated Solution. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irradiated Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CareBooks.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

🌏Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

🔄Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date below when changes are made.
