CareBooks ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by Irradiated Solution. We are committed to protecting the privacy of Family Day Care providers who use our app.

📱Data We Collect

CareBooks stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Expense amounts, categories, notes, and dates
• Receipt photos (stored in app's local storage)
• App settings and preferences

We do not collect:

• Your name, email, or contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Usage analytics or behavioural data

☁️iCloud & Local Storage

All data entered into CareBooks is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate any external servers or databases.

If you export a PDF report, the file is generated on your device and shared only when you choose to share it via iOS Share Sheet.

📷Camera & Photo Library

CareBooks requests access to your camera and photo library only to allow you to attach receipt photos to expense entries.

• Photos are stored locally on your device only
• We never upload photos to any server
• You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings

💳In-App Purchases

CareBooks offers optional Pro subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. All transactions are processed securely by:

• Apple App Store — payment processing
• RevenueCat — subscription management

RevenueCat may collect anonymised purchase data to manage your subscription status. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

We never see or store your payment card details.

👶Children's Privacy

CareBooks is intended for use by adult Family Day Care providers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
