Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using SharePocket ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all versions of SharePocket available on the Apple App Store, operated by Irradiated Solution (ABN 84 517 752 915), Victoria, Australia ("we", "us", "our").
Not Financial Advice

All calculations — including CGT estimates, dividend projections, and portfolio valuations — are approximations based on data you provide and market data from Yahoo Finance. These figures may not reflect your actual tax liability or investment performance.
Market Data Accuracy
Stock prices, exchange rates, and dividend data are sourced from Yahoo Finance's public API. Please be aware that:
- Data may be delayed by up to 15–20 minutes depending on the exchange
- Historical dividend data may be incomplete for some securities
- Exchange rate conversions are indicative only
- We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data

Pro Subscriptions & Purchases
SharePocket offers the following paid options, processed exclusively through Apple's App Store:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Lifetime purchases grant permanent access to Pro features for the Apple ID used at time of purchase. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected mid-term.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SharePocket only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase verification
- Use automated tools to scrape or excessively query third-party data services through the App
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Irradiated Solution and protected by Australian and international copyright law. The SharePocket name and logo are trademarks of Irradiated Solution.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SharePocket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App or the availability of third-party data services.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Irradiated Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SharePocket, including but not limited to investment losses based on information displayed in the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
