RosterMateAU – Terms of Use

By downloading or using RosterMateAU ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Licence

Irradiated Solution grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use RosterMateAU on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Free Trial

New users receive 5 days of free access to all Pro features. After the trial period, a subscription or lifetime purchase is required to continue using Pro features. Your data is always retained.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

RosterMateAU offers the following optional purchases:

Monthly Subscription ($4.99/month) — Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Lifetime Purchase ($49.99) — A one-time payment granting permanent Pro access with unlimited profiles.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. To restore previous purchases, use the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.

4. Pro Features

Pro subscribers unlock the following features:

👥 Unlimited profiles — manage pay for your whole family or team
📄 PDF Payslip export — save and share professional payslips
💰 Full pay calculations — all shift types, penalty rates, and overtime
🌴 Complete leave tracking — annual, sick, and additional leave
⏱ TOIL Account — track your overtime bank

Pro subscribers can manage unlimited profiles..

5. Disclaimer

All pay, tax, leave, and superannuation calculations are estimates only and do not constitute financial, legal, or taxation advice. Tax calculations are based on ATO FY2024-25 rates. Please consult a registered tax agent for personalised advice.

6. Privacy

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or share personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irradiated Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
