iCT Justify does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app operates entirely offline and does not transmit any data to external servers, third parties, or Irradiated Solution.

2. Camera and Photo Library Access

iCT Justify requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to scan CT order forms for text extraction (OCR). Images captured or selected:

• Are processed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework
• Are never uploaded, stored permanently, or transmitted externally
• Are discarded immediately after text extraction is complete

3. No Analytics or Tracking

iCT Justify does not use any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking frameworks. We do not use Apple Analytics, Firebase, or any equivalent service. Your usage patterns are never monitored.

4. No Account Required

iCT Justify does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use the app.

5. Children's Privacy

iCT Justify is a professional clinical reference tool intended for use by qualified Medical Imaging Technologists and Radiographers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
