By downloading or using iCT Dose, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this app.

Intended Use

iCT Dose is designed to provide CT dose reference information for:

Radiographers and CT technologists
Radiology supervisors and clinical educators
Radiography students in a supervised educational context

The app is intended for use in Australia and references ARPANSA Diagnostic Reference Levels applicable to Australian adult patients.

Medical Disclaimer

The dose reference values provided in iCT Dose are based on publicly available ARPANSA Diagnostic Reference Level guidelines and are provided for educational and professional reference purposes only.

These values:

Do not represent prescribed patient radiation doses
Are not a substitute for your institution's approved scanning protocols
Should not override clinical judgment by a qualified practitioner
Apply to standard adult patients only and may not be appropriate for all clinical scenarios

Irradiated Solution accepts no liability for clinical decisions made based on information provided by this app.

Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the reference data in iCT Dose is accurate and up to date, ARPANSA DRLs may be revised periodically. Users are responsible for verifying current guidelines through official ARPANSA publications and their institutional protocols.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within iCT Dose is the intellectual property of Irradiated Solution. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irradiated Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use iCT Dose, including but not limited to clinical errors, misinterpretation of data, or device malfunction.
