By downloading, installing, or using iCTCoronaryScan ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Educational Purpose

The App summarizes publicly available literature and vendor documentation on cardiac CT gating, scan modes, and coronary anatomy. Content may not reflect the current protocols, dose levels, radiation safety guidance, or capabilities of any specific scanner, software version, or institution. The App is not a substitute for formal clinical training, institutional protocols, or professional judgment.

No Medical Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for any specific patient, scan protocol, or clinical scenario. Any clinical decision must be made by a qualified professional exercising independent judgment in accordance with their institution's policies.

These are trademarks of their respective owners. iCTCoronaryScan is independently developed by Irradiated Solution and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Siemens Healthineers or any other scanner manufacturer.

The App's References section links to external journal articles, manufacturer pages, and other third-party websites for further reading. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Radiological and dose figures shown are illustrative and may not match your specific scanner, protocol, or patient population.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irradiated Solution Application Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
