By downloading, installing, or using iCT Contrast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The App is developed and maintained by Irradiated Solution (ABN 84 517 752 915).

By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All calculations and information are for reference and educational purposes only
• Clinical decisions must always be made in accordance with your institution's protocols
• You must consult your supervising radiologist or senior radiographer before administering contrast media to any patient
• This App does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Contrast administration carries inherent risks that must be assessed on a per-patient basis by a qualified professional

iCT Contrast is intended for use by:

• Qualified radiographers and CT technologists
• Radiology students and trainees (under appropriate supervision)
• Radiology nurses and healthcare professionals involved in CT contrast administration

Irradiated Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use iCT Contrast for personal and professional clinical reference purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the App

iCT Contrast is a paid application available for a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.

Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store. Irradiated Solution does not process refunds directly.

Calculation parameters and clinical information in this App are based on established published references including:

• ACR Manual on Contrast Media, Version 2024 (American College of Radiology)
• ESUR Guidelines on Contrast Agents, Version 10.0 (European Society of Urogenital Radiology)
• Published peer-reviewed literature on weight-based contrast dosing

These references are provided for informational purposes. Clinical practice may differ based on institutional protocols, scanner specifications, patient populations, and evolving evidence.

Irradiated Solution reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We may update the App's clinical content as guidelines evolve. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they are working from current institutional protocols and up-to-date clinical guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Irradiated Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
