The App is designed for use by radiography students, medical students, junior clinicians, and healthcare professionals seeking to improve their X-ray interpretation skills. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals.
Irradiated Solution Application Pty Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use iXR Knee for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

All radiographic images contained in iXR Knee are used for educational purposes. Images are de-identified in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. The images remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, or distributed.
iXR Knee is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The educational content is provided in good faith based on current radiological practice. It should not be used as the sole basis for clinical decision-making.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Irradiated Solution Application Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
All content in iXR Knee, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Irradiated Solution Application Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
