These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
⚠️ iXR Abdo is intended for educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and must not be used for clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or any other medical purpose.
The content within the App — including X-ray images, descriptions, and radiological findings — is provided solely to support learning and education for radiography students, medical students, junior clinicians, and allied health professionals.
Always consult a qualified radiologist, clinician, or healthcare professional for any clinical decisions.
Nothing in iXR Abdo constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Irradiated Solution expressly disclaims all responsibility for any clinical or medical decisions made based on content within the App.
All content within iXR Abdo — including but not limited to text, X-ray images, graphics, and design — is the property of Irradiated Solution or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use iXR Abdo for personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use and Apple's App Store terms.
iXR Abdo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Irradiated Solution does not warrant that the App will be error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Radiological content is provided for illustrative educational purposes and may not reflect every clinical presentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irradiated Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any clinical decisions made based on its content.
Irradiated Solution reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
