📋 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FamilyBenefit AU ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is developed by Irradiated Solution (ABN 84 517 752 915), Victoria, Australia.

FamilyBenefit AU provides estimates only based on published Services Australia rates for the current financial year. Results are for general guidance and reference purposes only.

The App does not:

Constitute financial, legal, or taxation advice
Replace professional advice from a financial adviser or Centrelink
Guarantee accuracy of payment amounts
Account for all individual circumstances that Centrelink considers

Actual Centrelink payments depend on your adjusted taxable income, immunisation status, residency, care arrangements, and other individual factors. Always verify your entitlements directly with Services Australia.

📅 Rate Accuracy

Payment rates used in the App are based on Services Australia published rates for FY 2025–26 (1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026). Rates are updated annually on or around 1 July each year.

Irradiated Solution endeavours to keep rates current but does not guarantee that all figures are up to date at all times. Users should verify current rates at servicesaustralia.gov.au.

💳 In-App Purchases

FamilyBenefit AU offers a one-time Pro upgrade ($2.99 AUD) which removes all advertisements. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law
Purchases can be restored on the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchase"
Subscriptions are not offered — this is a one-time purchase

📢 Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Advertisements are served by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

🔒 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Irradiated Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from reliance on App estimates.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

🌐 Third-Party Services

The App links to external websites including Services Australia and myGov. Irradiated Solution is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites.

📜 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
