1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SaveMateAU ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Irradiated Solution Applications (ABN 84 517 752 915) ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of the App

SaveMateAU is a financial simulation and calculator app designed to help users understand how financial decisions may impact their future. The App provides tools for goal-based savings planning, debt management, retirement estimation, and other financial calculations.

3. Not Financial Advice

The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other professional advice. All calculations, projections, and results are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and simplified mathematical models.
• Actual financial outcomes may differ significantly from App projections.
• Tax rates, government thresholds, and financial regulations change regularly and may not be reflected in the App.
• Past performance of investments is not indicative of future results.
• You should always seek advice from a qualified financial adviser, accountant, or other professional before making financial decisions.

4. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

5. In-App Purchases

SaveMateAU offers a one-time purchase ("SaveMateAU Pro") that unlocks additional features.

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• The Pro purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
• We reserve the right to modify features included in the Pro tier with reasonable notice.

6. Free Tier Limitations

The free version of SaveMateAU allows a limited number of calculations (currently 10). Once the free limit is reached, a Pro purchase is required to continue using calculation features. We reserve the right to change free tier limits at any time.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of financial data used in the App, including tax rates, government thresholds, and other figures. However:

• We do not guarantee that all information is current, accurate, or complete.
• Australian tax rates, HECS thresholds, superannuation rates, and Centrelink figures are subject to change by the Australian Government.
• Always verify important figures with the ATO, Services Australia, or a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Irradiated Solution Applications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Financial decisions made based on App calculations
• Loss of data or inaccurate results
• Interruption or unavailability of the App

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Irradiated Solution Applications. All rights reserved. The SaveMateAU name, logo, and branding are proprietary to Irradiated Solution Applications.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

14. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and Irradiated Solution Applications only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation or defence of such claims.
